Originally from Peru, Rhonald Robatty worked as a ulility locator technician in Greensboro, North Carolina in 2000. He understands the complications involved in transitioning from maps to GPS to the modern technologies in the world today. He can relate the new technologies of today and interpret them through the knowledge of the past, underlining the importance of safety on the roadways. He began working in the State of Washington in 2018 at a local driving school.
